Michelle Leigh

Michelle is Oli's mother and a Trustee of The Oli Leigh Trust.  Michelle's life has been torn apart by the loss of her beloved son Oli.   Not a day goes by without her thinking about him and asking herself how he found himself in such a desperate state where he would take his own life without anyone around him realising. Michelle has vowed to work tirelessly to raise funds in Oli's memory to help reduce teenage suicide rates- A Mummy on a Mission

Scott Leigh

Scott is Oli's brother and a Trustee of The Oli Leigh Trust. Probably no one
knew Oli as well as Scott. They had a special bond and friendship being so close in age.
Scott has had to cope with the loss of his brother whilst studying for A-levelsand applying to university. Scott is now studying medicine at The University of Leeds from where he continues to support the work of The Oli Leigh Trust in raising funds for suicide prevention training.

Steven Salamon

Steven is Michelle's partner and a Trustee of The Oli Leigh Trust. Steven only knew Oli for the last 4 1/2 years of his life but shared with him many wonderful experiences and memories. Steven has undertaken to support Michelle and Scott in their efforts to fight the increase in teenage suicide rates

Mirto Pieri

Mirto was a work colleague and now a close friend of Michelle and a Trustee of The Oli Leigh Trust. Since meeting Michelle through work, Mirto took a keen interest in the work of the Trust and has been an active member of the organisation committee. She was later asked to become a Trustee to further cement her role and commitment to the organisation.

Luke Bodnar

I’m here to help my generation talk about why mental health is such a pivotal part of society. Every day is a different day but you can always make a difference by looking around and help others who are struggling. Mental Health is not a destination but a process.
