Calling all running enthusiasts!

Are you ready to lace up your sneakers, embrace the joy of running, and make a meaningful impact? The Oli Leigh Trust is thrilled to announce that we will cover the entry fees for hundreds of running events across the country and even internationally.


Running not only promotes physical fitness and mental health but it also allows you to relish the beauty of nature whilst supporting The Oli Leigh Trust's crucial efforts in preventing suicide among young people.

Thanks to our collaboration with Run For Charity, we can offer sponsored places in a variety of running events throughout the country, and internationally, in 2023 and 2024.

Choose the event that resonates with you and complete the registration form. The event organisers will then be in touch with detailed information about the event. Remember, The Oli Leigh Trust will be by your side, supporting your training and fundraising journey every step of the way.

Hyde Park 10k
30th September 2023

Run around the flat paths of Hyde Park, a perfect venue for personal best potential and battle to get around the course before the sun goes down.Each kilometre is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish.

Cardiff Half Marathon
1st October 2023

The Cardiff University Cardiff Half Marathon has is Wales’ largest mass-participation and multi-charity fundraising event and the second largest half in the UK.  Its flat, fast course passes all the city’s most breath-taking scenery and iconic landmarks including Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, Civic Centre and stunning Cardiff Bay.

Royal Parks Half Marathon
8th October 2023

Runners will glide through four of London's stunning Royal Parks, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, St James's Park and The Green Park. The 13.1m extraordinary route brushes past London's most famous landmarks, including The Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace, all on closed roads.

Manchester Half Marathon
15th October 2023

The Manchester Half Marathon hosts a very flat course, perfect for smashing personal bests but also the ideal route for those new to half marathons and charity runners. There is a lovely 2-mile flat finish that brings you to the conclusion of the event at Emirates Old Trafford Lancashire County Cricket Club.

Hertfordshire 10k
5th November 2023

The start line is positioned at historical Knebworth House for a dramatic effect, and the half marathon route explores te beautiful gardens of Knebworth Park before leading runners out to the surrounding countrside. The Hampshire Half marathon is a Road closed event which gives runners a rare opportunity to have the roads for themselves, this is unprecedented in this neighbourhood.

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster. From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city's quirky and hidden secrets, runner get to explore the capital on a route like no other!

Leeds Half Marathon
12th May 2024

The Leeds Half Marathon is Yorkshire’s biggest and probably loudest event of its kind.
But what makes it special is the crowds. Support for runners along the route is always phenomenal, whatever the weather. 
The Leeds Half attracts runners of all abilities and ages. With a fantastically vibrant atmosphere guaranteed, this run could be right up your street.

Leeds Marathon

The Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon takes on a brand new route through Leeds that starts and finishes at Headingley Stadium. Taking in some of Leeds’ most scenic countryside and outer suburbs, the Leeds Marathon will be a fitting tribute to the city that launched Rob’s career and which he calls home.
This is an event that truly is for everyone, so whether you are an experienced runner or have never thought about running an event before, we welcome all abilities to join us in 2023 for this very special event.
