The London Landmarks Half Marathon 02 April 2023
London's central half marathon through Westminster and the City
We have now completed the line up for The Oli Leigh Trust team in The London Landmarks Half Marathon.
Meet our team:
Aron Schechter
I’ve always wanted to get fit and this is the best way to do it, with the push to raise money for an amazing charity. For someone that is not physically fit, I believe the shock of my announcement running this half marathon will raise a considerable amount of money from my family and friends.
Jacob Steinberg
Oli was one of my best friends, and the charity, alongside Scott and Michelle, will always be incredibly close to my heart.
Darren Yarlett
Having been a coach at London Lions for 14 years and seeing Oli progress through the club I know how much Lions meant to Oli and I would like to show support by raising money for the trust by entering the London half.
Adam Zadeh
Mental health is a serious issue among the population, especially concerning young people.
Young people's mental health in men in particular is generally downplayed and sometimes outright ignored which can have catastrophic effect.
Raising awareness will hopefully help tackle the issue and improve young peoples mental health.
Isabella Bodnar
Mental health is a topic which needs to become the "norm" in society. I'm participating in the London
Landmarks Half Marathon to raise more awareness for suicide prevention and comfortability within mental health
We wish all our runners good luck with their training and fund raising

March 2023 - Global Child Welfare Conference, Claridges
The evening of the Global Child Welfare Conference 2023 held at Claridges in London was truly remarkable. The event featured a lineup of esteemed speakers and organizations, including the OLLIE Foundation, Suicide Prevention, NSPCC, Child Abuse, Circles UK, Re-educating Sex Offenders, Dr. Dana Flavin, Collaborative Medicine, and The Lazarus Project, which focuses on eradicating harmful metals and plastics in water that pose a threat to children. Shirley Armatrading also graced the event, representing the AAA Foundation, which provides support to children without a sense of direction. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Simon McNab for hosting such an incredible event.
