This hooded sweatshirt features Oli Leigh’s stark drawing of a non-human face, we have named a Cyborg, although Oli didn’t give it a name.
Made from 40% cotton and 60% polyester, this item is available in 4 sizes and 6 different colours, and features Oli’s drawing on the back and a smaller copy of the drawing on the front with TOLT underneath, representing The Oli Leigh Trust.
Oli enjoyed drawing from when he was a little boy. He attended art classes at the National Portrait Museum in London.
When Oli was upset, he would sit in his room and draw to calm his mind.
Interpret this drawing as you feel. Why are so many eyes looking out? Why are there so multiple mouths baring teeth? Is this how Oli felt that he was always looked at and judged?
